Terms of Service

OpenClaw Appointment Reminder is a personal-use, operator-run utility intended to identify appointment-related information from authorized read-only Gmail access and produce reminders.

The service is currently pre-launch. Its production Gmail-reading schedules remain inactive pending final Google OAuth configuration. Availability is not guaranteed, and uninterrupted operation is not promised.

The application may access Gmail only after the Google account owner authorizes the requested access. Users may revoke that access at any time through their Google Account controls. Revocation stops future Gmail access but is separate from the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.

The application is designed to search and retrieve Gmail information. It does not send email, delete email, move email to Trash, archive email, add or remove labels, mark messages read or unread, change Gmail settings, or otherwise modify Gmail.

Appointment reminders are informational aids. Users remain responsible for independently confirming appointment dates, times, locations, provider instructions, cancellations, reschedules, and other important details. The application is not a clinical service and does not provide medical advice.

The application may depend on third-party services such as Google and Gmail and, when reminders are enabled, Discord. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.

The application’s access, use, processing, local storage, optional sharing, retention, and deletion of Google-derived information are described in the Privacy Policy.

Because this is a personal-use, operator-run service, Dolvido may suspend or discontinue its operation or access when necessary for security, maintenance, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Indefinite operation is not promised.

These terms may be updated when the application or its operating practices change. Material changes should be reflected here before the related behavior becomes available.
